Hypercontext was a meeting and performance platform, and it went through Y Combinator in S21. I co-founded it and ran engineering and product from 2021 to 2025. Before 2021 the company was Soapbox Innovations.

AI performance reviews

We shipped an AI performance review suite that pulled meeting notes, goals, and recognition data into generated review drafts. We built it for traceability and editing, so a draft could be checked against its sources and changed before it went out. It earned a 2024 Webby nomination.
