Hypercontext

Hypercontext put the manager's whole toolkit in one place: 1:1 and team meeting agendas, goals and OKRs, feedback, and performance — with AI doing the busywork of writing agendas, capturing notes, and surfacing what needs attention. It grew to 250,000+ users, went through Y Combinator (S21), and won a Webby for its design.

I was Co-Founder & CTO, leading engineering and product through YC and the scaling that followed.
