Soapbox Innovations made enterprise SaaS for team meetings and feedback from 2010 to 2021. I co-founded it and was CTO, running product and engineering.

What we built

  • Grew the team to 35 engineers and 5 product people
  • Reached roughly $3M ARR across 65 enterprise organizations, including Coca-Cola, Walmart, Deloitte, BMO, PepsiCo, and Anthem Insurance
  • Built enterprise identity with OAuth2, SAML, LDAP, and RBAC
  • Wrote the InfoSec policy that got us through enterprise security reviews
  • Led a growth team whose experiments moved conversion by up to 70 percent
  • Named Best Workplace in Canada in 2016

In 2021 we renamed the company to Hypercontext.
